Intellectual Property Notice

Rights to the artwork remain the sole property of Steph Veil, even after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. Purchasing any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

Artwork/items may not be reproduced by collectors in any form, without express written permission from Steph Veil. You may post photos of purchases on social media.

 

Liability

We are not liable for any damage caused to items once in the hands of the customer. For example rough handling of a print/artwork, causing tears, smudges and damages. Please handle your items with care, fine art prints are often fragile.

Please read descriptions carefully. We are not responsible for issues caused by not reading full descriptions of items. 

Be mindful that despite great effort made to provide accurate colour representation, colours may appear slightly different in person than online. This is dependent on different devices and how images show on screen.
